The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Company" individually and collectively refer to Agrasetu App and its operators. The terms "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" refer to the registered users and members of the platform.

Agrasetu is a members-only business directory designed exclusively for business owners and professionals to connect with each other. The platform is a closed networking directory — user registration is mandatory to access member profiles and business contact information.
Registered members can create and manage their professional profile, add business information and contact details, browse other registered member profiles, and connect with verified professionals within the network.
To provide you access to the Agrasetu platform and its networking features, we collect the following information during the registration and profile creation process:

Agrasetu is a closed, members-only directory. Your profile information, including business details and contact information, is visible only to other registered and verified members of the Agrasetu App. Profiles are not publicly accessible to non-members or searchable via external search engines.
By registering and creating a profile, you acknowledge and consent that your professional and business information will be visible to other verified members of the platform for the purpose of professional networking and connection.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
(a) Legal Requirements: When required or requested by law, any court, or a governmental agency or authority to disclose information for the purpose of verification of identity, prevention, detection, or investigation of offences, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. Such disclosures are made in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
(b) Group Companies / Service Operators: We may share information with affiliated operators or service partners involved in processing data on our behalf, strictly for operating the Agrasetu platform. All such parties are bound to process information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality measures.
We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, appropriate encryption, and physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access.
