The terms "You" / "Your" / "User" refer to employees, administrators, and organizations using the TimeKompas mobile application.
This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.
This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between you and TimeKompas. By accessing or using the TimeKompas mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

c) Mobile Number
d) Employee ID
e) Profile Photo / Selfie Image (for attendance verification)
The information collected is used solely for attendance tracking, employee identification, HR management, and improving the application experience.
The application may send notifications related to attendance status, approvals, or other work-related updates. These notifications are strictly limited to app functionality.
TimeKompas may collect location information only at the time of marking attendance, if enabled by the organization. Location data is not tracked continuously or in the background.
The application may request the following permissions:
• Camera – for selfie-based attendance
• Storage – to temporarily store attendance images
• Location (optional) – for attendance location verification
• Internet – to securely sync data with servers
This Privacy Policy applies only to the TimeKompas application. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any external websites or services.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal user information with third parties.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to authorized organization administrators for attendance and HR purposes.
